FiDela d.o.o. was founded in 1993 and has traded successfully ever since. From the start until 2007 our core business was finishing work in construction.
About the company
In 2007 we shifted our focus to letting property – but not in the way a conventional agency does. Our construction background means we can renovate a property before it is let, adapt it to the tenant’s needs, and keep it maintained for the duration of the lease.

Trained as an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Faculty of Education in mathematics and technology, I moved into construction and business straight after finishing my studies. Together with my father I ran a company of ten employees for almost fifteen years. Managing a wide range of building projects gave me deep practical knowledge of construction and valuable organisational skills. Even then our guiding principle was customer satisfaction, achieved through precise, careful workmanship. I later rounded out that practical experience with a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, completed in 2010.
My route into real estate began with advising friends and acquaintances who came to me when buying a property or building or renovating a home. Since 2007 I have worked in the market as someone who combines a builder’s instincts with an economist’s training, and who will go a long way to make sure a tenant feels at home in the property they rent.
